Directions: Use to enhance serenity under challenging moments or readying for the ritual of meditation.

Massage into touch points applying gentle pressure, counterclockwise for four to five seconds, taking slow, deep breaths
•  At the top of the forehead at the hairline.
•  Between the brows.
•  Into touch points at the center of the breastbone at the heart.
•  On each side of the breastbone.
•  With a circular motion into the center of the hand.
•  On the inner wrists.
•  Rub your hands together with a small amount of oil and cup them in front of your nose. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly.

Use to help older adults with dementia feel more tranquil and soothe tension
•  Gently massage the hand or foot with a light circular stroke.
•  Lightly stroke the fingers and toes.
•  Use a circular counterclockwise motion at the joints of the wrists and ankles.
•  Pin a cotton ball with Shanti Serenity Body Oil to the patient’s gown for continued aromatic benefit.
